Order Status

You may review both your current order status and your order history at any time by logging in to your account then clicking on the My Account link.

You must create a user account on Oregon Coast Galleries (OCG) in order to use this feature. Account creation is easy, fast and free. You will be prompted to create an account when you make your first order. If you have created a user account with OCG already, click here to view your order history.

Note: Only orders placed after new account creation will appear in “My Order History”.

Contact Information

For questions or assistance with Oregon Coast Galleries’ online merchandise or purchases, please contact us by email. For repairs or information on items seen at one of our stores, please call the store directly.

Our office hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. If you contact us outside of regular business hours, we will call you back or e-mail you within the next business day.

Placing Orders

To place an order using our secure server, simply select an item and click on the “add to cart” image next to the item name. Follow the directions on each page that follows and fill in all the required items. Once you have submitted the order, you will receive an email confirmation which will include your order number and contact information in case you have any questions or concerns.

In stock items will be shipped within 24 hours of order received. Other items, which need to be custom made for you will take between 4-6 weeks to be delivered. Please see our shipping policy for more information.

Items may be temporarily out of stock. We will e-mail you if this occurs.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Presently, we are only taking orders within the United States.


At OCG your satisfaction is very important to us. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return or exchange any jewelry in its original condition along with its original packaging for a full refund less shipping charge. Items received after 30 days will receive an online store credit only. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept c.o.d. deliveries. We recommend that you use insured parcel post or priority mail for return shipment.

Privacy Policy

Our site uses an order and account registration form, so that you can request information and products. Contact information (email address, telephone number, address, etc.) is used to ship your orders to you. Your information is also used to contact you when necessary in regards to your order. Financial information (credit card numbers, credit card expiration dates, billing address, etc.) is used to bill you for products.

Gift Delivery

We also collect contact information for gift recipients in order to ensure correct gift delivery. We do not sell or rent any contact information for gift recipients.

Sending a Product to a Friend

When you email a product to a friend, you and your friend’s names and email addresses are requested. This ensures that your friend will know that you have requested that Oregon Coast Galleries send them an email. You and your friend’s email addresses will only be used for this purpose unless permission is otherwise granted.

IP Address and Cookies

Like most web sites, visitors to are recognized by a unique IP address, but cannot be identified as an individual. To help facilitate your orders we do utilize a feature on your browser called a “cookie” to assign a unique identification to your computer. Cookies are files that your Web browser places on your computer’s hard drive. OCG uses these cookies to facilitate your orders by keeping track of items put into your shopping cart. OCG does not and cannot use cookies to retrieve personal information about you from your computer. They make it possible for us to recognize your browser when you visit. By doing this, we can personalize your return visits and save you time during checkout. In order to enjoy the benefits of being a registered user, your browser must be set to accept cookies.
